We do Tower Rescue Training frequently. Although we have never needed it, we consider it to be an important facet to our business. It is similar to having a fire extinguisher in your home; you never want to use it, but if you need it, it’s good that you have it.

We perform different tower rescue procedures on the tower, then have a classroom discussion on how we can improve those procedures.

We integrate a power-point training session with interaction from our technicians.  Since tower rescues are not likely to ever be the same, innovative ideas are necessary to keep our technicians sharp and alert.
