This chain was set in place to hold the hoisting grip for the coax. Notice the hoisting grip on the left coax. It was installed upside down.
This anchor rod is corroded almost all the way through. It was replaced shortly after this inspection
The power supply cord to the top beacon was not secured properly, allowing the cord to rub against the horizontal member and eventually causing it to arc
This bolt caused was the cause for a hole to be rubbed in the coax
Excessive foliage has grown around this anchor preventing a proper inspection and maintenance
This guy wire loop does not have a thimble installed that would provide a proper radius. Too sharp of a bend can cause the wire to break
