Winner will be subject to all applicable federal and state laws regarding firearms.
Winner must be able to pass a background check.
Winner failing to pass any relevant federal or state background check will forfeit his/her chance to win.
Winner must be a resident of Arkansas.
Winner must have a valid Government ID or driver’s license and address must be current.
Winner must be at least 18 years old.
Winner must pick up the gun in person between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Call (870) 322-7160 before arrival and ask for Wesley
